1. Is an account required to pay for an invoice?
No, you can simply click “One-Time Payment,” look up your account number and pay your outstanding invoice(s)
2. How do I create an account?
• Click the link “New to Kubra EZ-PAY? Sign up now”
• Enter your name, email address, phone number and create your password
• Click “Sign Up” and you will receive a 5-digit verification code by email to complete your account setup.
3. How do I add a payment method to my account?
• You will need to create an EZ-Pay account to add a payment method
• Once created, add a credit card, debit card or a bank account on file
• To add, click on “My Wallet” then “Add Card”. This will give you the options to add your credit, debit cards or bank account to your EZ-Pay account.
4. How do I remove an account number under my KUBRA EZ-Pay account?
• Go to the “Account Info” option, and click “Remove Account”
5. How do I remove a credit card or bank account under my KUBRA EZ-Pay account?
• Go to “My Wallet”, click on the trash bin on the designated bank account and/or credit/debit card you would like to remove
• Make sure your Smart Settings for both Reminder and Payments are switched to “OFF” prior to removing a bank account or credit/debit card
6. I have more than one Hearst Autos account number, do I have to create multiple EZ-PAY accounts?
• No, once you’ve created an EZ-Pay account you can add additional Hearst Autos account numbers to it by clicking the green “+” button on the bottom right corner of the page.
• Enter Biller’s name: Hearst Autos and click “ADD”
• Enter your account number and repeat as needed
